Impact

We source our lemongrass from a women’s farming co-op in Eastern Kenya. Their mission is to empower women, alleviate poverty, and improve farmers’ standard of living. The 470 small-scale farmers receive sustainable incomes, education, irrigation, and financial services in exchange for their quality, organically grown herbs.

Steeping Instructions

Steep 2/3 tablespoon per 8 ounces of fully boiled water for 4 minutes. Steep covered to retain heat and flavor. Enjoy!

    Little Bear tea is the best!

    I have been a loose leaf tea lover for years, and was devastated whe my doctor told me that I should avoid all caffeine, even decaffeinated teas. I had tried herbal teas before and just didn't find them as satisfying. Then a friend told me about Metolius' Little Bear tea. It's blend of Robios tea, lemongrass and other flavors provides just the right combination of richness and smoothness, without the harsh artificial taste of most herbal teas, to put that morning smile back on my face. Now I won't drink anything else.

    Little Bear is an herbal tea with depth. I love how as I sip the tea I get different notes. So many herbal teas have little to offer, but not LITTLE BEAR. I drink it everyday.

    Shorter brew time

    Didn’t like this at first, came highly recommended by family and I followed the brew instructions. Tried again with shorter steep time and now I see why they love it.

    Flavorful and satisfying
