Lavender Botanical Syrup

This is the first lavender syrup I have tried that doesn’t overpower the rest of the drink with lavender flavor. It is subtle and just enough to add interest to my morning coffee as well as an evening drink. I will definitely order this again.

Metolius Lavender Syrup is by far the best I’ve tasted. Its fresh, delicate lavender essence shines through beautifully—especially in lattes. The flavor is perfectly balanced—floral without being overpowering— and it’s not overly sugary, allowing the natural lavender notes to stand out. While I’ve only used it with coffee, I think it would add a smooth, aromatic touch to any drink.
