We buy lavender from local Central Oregonians Heidi and Bob, a husband-wife team with several acres of plants devoted to Metolius Tea. Their garden promotes the health of the local bee population.

Our sugar is Regenerative Organic Certified™, a program that ensures both environmental sustainability and social good.

    Perfectly Balanced Lavender

    Metolius Lavender Syrup is by far the best I’ve tasted. Its fresh, delicate lavender essence shines through beautifully—especially in lattes. The flavor is perfectly balanced—floral without being overpowering— and it’s not overly sugary, allowing the natural lavender notes to stand out. While I’ve only used it with coffee, I think it would add a smooth, aromatic touch to any drink.
