PACKAGING
Our loose leaf tea is packaged in biodegradable, food-safe rice paper bags. We bottle our liquid concentrates and botanical syrups in glass instead of plastic for uncompromisable environmental and health ethics.
SHIPPING
When we package your orders we use compostable packing peanuts, recyclable crinkle paper, paper tape, and recyclable tissue paper.
PRODUCTION
The organic sugar we use is packed in paper bags and lined with plastic bags. We separate the bags, recycle the paper exterior, and reuse the plastic bags as trash liners in the tea factories and our homes.
After our weekly brew, all of the spent chai spices get packed into cleaned ginger buckets and picked up by a local farmer to be composted.
