This recipe is a delightful fusion of our Matcha Latte powder and the delicate essence of our Lavender Botanical Syrup. The result is a harmonious blend that captivates your senses with its vibrant green hue and soothing floral aroma.
Vegan Lavender Iced Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp Matcha Latte powder
Lavender Botanical Syrup (to taste)
2 oz hot water
3 oz cold water
1 scoop ice
4 oz oat milk, frothed
1 sprig fresh lavender
Instructions
- Scoop 1 tbsp of Matcha Latte powder into a small bowl
- Add drizzle of Lavender Syrup and mix with a couple ounces of hot water until dissolved*
- Add 3 oz cold water to the mixture and pour into glass
- Top the matcha with a generous scoop of ice and slowly pour 4 oz of cold oat milk on top**
- Finish with an additional drizzle of Lavender Syrup and a sprig of fresh lavender
- Sip and enjoy :)
* We like using a matcha whisk or electric drink mixer.
