Oregon Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte Recipe
4 oz ripe Oregon strawberries
Vanilla Elderflower Botanical Syrup (to taste)
1 tbsp Unsweetened Matcha powder
2 oz hot water + 2 oz cold water
1 scoop ice
4 oz milk, frothed
- In the bottom of a glass add a handful of ripe Oregon strawberries. Muddle with a generous pour of vanilla syrup.
- Add ice.
- Scoop one tablespoon of Unsweetened Matcha powder into a small bowl and mix with 2 oz of hot water until dissolved*. Add additional 2 oz cold water and stir.
- Pour the matcha into the glass over the strawberries and ice.
- Top with 4 oz of frothed cold milk, add an additional dash of syrup and a strawberry garnish.
