I don’t know what the weather has been like in your neck of the woods lately, but we just had an 80º day last weekend, so we’re hanging on to those last lingering summer moments.
This Chai Spiced Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is perfect for those transitional days when you want the flavors of fall but you aren’t ready to give up on your iced drinks quite yet.
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 2 T milk
- 1 T pumpkin puree
- 1-2 T Metolius Chai
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice
- 6-8 oz cold brew
Combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, Metolius Chai, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice in a jar. Using a hand frother, blend until it’s thick and creamy. In a tall glass pour cold brew over ice. Top with the chai pumpkin cream and enjoy!
